I cannot tell how envious of you I am right now. I'd go back to NY a thousand times and I wouldn't have enough. I've just realized i've been needing a dose of NY. Maybe next year.
This is one of my favorite things, looking at faded advertisements on the sides of buildings... I saw a few in Omaha earlier this year, didn't stop to take pictures of them and I am kicking myself.
these are stunning. i really love old lettering on buildings. there is such beauty but also a little sadness to them.
