So sweet (and some silliness)

From morning photo-walk. Aren't they sweet?
The Ugly Duckling, H.C. Anderson. (Only read to me once as a bedtime story -- I cried so much:)
And this, well, I've been waiting for a good time to link to this - and now we have ducklings, so why not?! :-); Dog saying I love you.

    so sweet! den grimme aelling... yup, sad, and bitter sweet ending. we have chicks in our chicken coop these days. they are so tiny and the cuteness is overwhelming.
