Inspired by Bibbi's floor, I'll try making one of my pillows a kolam pillow, and so I went kolam-mad, trying to create my own kolam. It was great fun. And a bit hard to get the system to add up, and still make a beautiful pattern. I thought the most fun was to do an endless-line-kolam. I found help and inspiration in numerous great websites, here, here and here.

Completely Kolam

ReplyDeleteThe kolam thing looked like it really took time to do it. However, it's such a nice pattern. I'm sure you have practised enough to have a lovely and unique pillow.
